Add Perma props to the spawn area so people dont accidently drive their cars outside into it when they despawn

Add some rules to MOTD such as "No building during a raid" 

I'd like to suggest a crafting system that makes u craft guns, printers, anyother stuff,   i think i heared that santosRP had the same system, huplex had the system too, but they removed it, i think it's a good way to keep the playerbase playing and wanting to achive more and more  edti: i couldn't find the addons link nor the name, but this video shows the addon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRSM595oFTs           crafting starts at 5:31
